AGCC (Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce)

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Promote Communication and Cooperation Among Chinese Communities in Australia:
   Facilitate the exchange of experiences and sharing of resources through various platforms such as websites, publications, lectures, and seminars. Provide consultation services for members looking to expand their business in Australia. Local chapters of AGCC will carry out regional activities and regularly organize professional forums and exhibitions to strengthen cooperation among members.

2. Enhance Engagement with Australian Government and Business Community:
   Serve as a voice for member enterprises by reflecting their aspirations and concerns. Represent members in dealings with Australian government and commercial sectors on economic and business matters. Organize and participate in activities that promote exchange between Chinese-funded enterprises and Australian counterparts, fostering the development of China-Australia economic and trade relations.

3. Strengthen Ties with Chinese Government Bodies, Chambers, and Enterprises:
   Introduce the Australian investment climate and relevant legal frameworks to Chinese institutions. Provide services to help members establish and grow their businesses in Australia. Promote strategic cooperation to enhance the influence of Chinese enterprises within their respective industries.

4. Promote International Friendship and Cooperation:
   Engage in international communication and cooperation with institutions and organizations both domestically and abroad. Support and participate in charitable activities to elevate social influence.

5. Organize and Support Government or Member-Delegated Activities:
   Execute other tasks entrusted by government departments or member organizations, including planning investment promotion conferences, organizing overseas exhibitions, cultural exchange activities, and international business summits.
