The logo of the overseas Guangdong Chamber of Commerce was also released, and the first batch of 20 overseas Guangdong Chamber of Commerce were awarded.

It is reported that in order to further integrate overseas Guangdong business resources and build Guangdong business brands, the Guangdong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade actively promotes the work of overseas Guangdong chambers of commerce on the basis of overseas Guangdong chambers of commerce. As of now, the total number of overseas chambers of commerce has reached 20, with more than 1000 Guangdong overseas members.

At the meeting on that day, Lin Ji, Deputy Secretary General of the Guangdong Provincial Government, and Lin Tao, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce (Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce), jointly released the logo of the overseas Guangdong Chamber of Commerce and the Guangdong business spirit of "pioneering innovation, pragmatic integrity, inclusiveness and law-abiding, gratitude and win-win". The first batch of 20 overseas Guangdong businesses, including the South African Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, the American Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, and the British Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, were awarded the plaque.

Lin Tao stated that in 2019, we will accelerate the construction of overseas Guangdong chambers of commerce and strive to reach a total of about 40 by the end of 2019; And focus on integrating Guangdong business resources, building Guangdong business brands, and establishing a long-term coordination mechanism for Guangdong businesses. At the same time, we will steadily promote the construction of Guangdong Province's overseas economic and trade representative offices, striving to reach a total of 25 representative offices by the end of 2019.
