The Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce welcomes the leadership of the Western Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce to discuss new opportunities for cooperation
On March 4th, the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce warmly received a visit from the President of the Western Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, Cai Jiayi, in its office. The symposium mainly focused on strengthening cooperation between the two sessions and jointly promoting economic and trade development between Guangdong and Western Australia for in-depth discussions. The Western Australia Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as the Western Australia Guangdong Association and General Chamber of Commerce, has established a strategic partnership with the Guangdong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade and formed a good cooperation mechanism. President Cai Jiayi hopes to further deepen the connection with the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce through this visit, share resources and information, and jointly promote cooperation between the two sides to new heights.
During the discussion, President Cai Jiayi emphasized the abundant mineral resources and high-quality investment environment in Western Australia, and expressed the vision of using the platform of the Guangdong Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade to further expand economic and trade cooperation with Guangdong and the wider region, and provide more and better services for enterprises in both places.
In addition, President Cai Jiayi, on behalf of Qian Guiyuan, the founding president of the Western Australia Guangdong Association and General Chamber of Commerce, extended an invitation to representatives of the Australian Guangdong Association, hoping that they could attend the 10th anniversary celebration of the establishment of the Western Australia Guangdong Association and General Chamber of Commerce held in early June this year. This is not only a celebration of the achievements of the past decade, but also a good opportunity to open a new chapter for future cooperation.
President Wang Guozhong stated that the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce will fully support the development of the Western Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, and leverage the network and resources of the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce to help promote the business and investment environment in Perth, while promoting project docking and information exchange between enterprises in the two places.

Executive President Yang Tao and Operations Director James Ji also put forward specific suggestions on how to use the platform of the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce to provide exhibition, information and other services for Western Australian enterprises, and expressed their expectations for actively participating in the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and promoting cooperation in the economic, trade and investment fields between the two regions.
This symposium not only strengthened the connection between the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce and the Western Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, but also built a more solid bridge for both sides to promote economic, trade, and investment cooperation, showcasing the broad prospects for future cooperation between enterprises in the two regions
